Just a 6 min walk to Erskineville station and 10 minute stroll to Newtown’s infamous King Street, not to mention a bus stop with buses directly to the CBD and Marrickville just 50m from your doorstep.

This house has a private driveway with covered car space available for your exclusive use, not to mention lots of unmetered street parking. Light and bright with timber floorboards throughout, open and breezy in summer yet warm and cosy in winter!

We have a huge outdoor area in the back, fully fenced and perfect for bbqs/entertaining plus a large shed for additional storage. Kitchen has all new appliances, outdoor private laundry and one HUGE bathroom with bath tub which is shared. Your bedroom has high ceilings and brand new, built-ins with tonnes of wardrobe space.

I pretty much have everything covered in terms of furniture, all you would need is your bedroom stuff, there is also room for you to add some pieces to make the house your own as well.

Neighbours are all lovely and chill, mainly young families and couples all around us. There's even a communal area halfway down the street where everyone gathers on summer evenings and weekends and your new local, The Park View Hotel, does a great Schnitzel night every Wednesday :) Just a really great place to live and so central to everything.
