A quiet 3X2 house built in the 90s with a garden and outdoor sitting area, laundry, open plan kitchen and 2 living areas. There is an air-conditioner in the dining/kitchen area that cools the whole house well - ceiling fans in each bedroom.
There are 3 private parking spots, but it is also very near to public transport (bus stop just across the road) and also close to the Shenton Park/Daglish train stations. Down the road from Kings Park, near the city, the beach, Subiaco and other shopping areas.

About the occupants
We are two full time working females from Perth called Anj (teacher) and Kate (lawyer), who enjoy an active/fit lifestyle, food and red wine. We are usually quite busy so often we feel like we have the house to ourselves. We all contribute toward keeping the house clean and tidy.
