We have a huge bedroom available (size 4.7m x 3.7m) in our large new 4 bedroom home. The room has a built in wardrobe, is big enough for a king bed + a study desk, comes with ducted heating and cooling. Internet is included. Plenty of room for quiet time and socialising.
Our house has all the modern conveniences, a good sized low maintenance back yard, large entertaining space and veggie patch. We also have a large chef's kitchen and all the modern appliances. Great for cooking, entertaining or a chill out movie.
The house is in Klemzig, 5 minute walk to the O-Bahn bus interchange and 10 minutes from there into the city, or 10 drive, $13-$20 uber. The Torrens Linear park is also 5 minute walk away which is great for a stroll or a run.
