My beautiful Queenslander-style townhouse is a 2-storey home with 3 bedrooms, one of which has been converted into a study. The study and master bedroom open out to a cute deck area perfect for afternoon drinks overlooking the street. Renovated in 2008 (from a house into the existing townhouse) and stylishly decorated, there is an outdoor courtyard perfect for casual BBQs with friends.

The living area has a large 6 seater dining table, kitchen, sofa couch and tv. The tv area opens up to the courtyard by two French doors. Lots of storage available under the stairs and garage shelving too. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs. The tenant's bathroom is large with storage and a bath. My bathroom is an ensuite so the large bathroom will be yours only!

There are supermarkets, fast food restaurants, petrol stations and the train all conveniently walking distance away.
