Description of the home
Recently renovated 3 bedroom townhouse in Annerley. Main bedroom is myself (gay), there is a study with two standing desks and a third bedroom available for rent. The townhouse is 20 years old, fully furnished, fully air conditioned and very clean.

There are three major bus routes close to the townhouse and it takes only 10 minutes to drive into the CBD in non-peak times. There are many major shopping centres in the area including Woolworths which is a 10min walk.
