I have a large house located high up on a quiet street in Albany Creek. A large deep pool and covered area to chill around the pool, BBQ and grass area outside. Off street, secure parking in the garage. Lawns and pool are tended too. The room available is on the other side of the house so there is more privacy for you. Your own main bathroom. Large shared living room and own living space near the kitchen to have some more privacy. I have great internet speeds and air conditioning in the main living room and kitchen area. Fans are also in all bedrooms and living areas.
