We've got an amazing room for rent in North Perth. Just off Walcott Street and Fitzgerald Street, so its super central to everything. Plus there's a bus stop with a variety of buses going to and from the city. Easy to move around and get everywhere!!

The house is a 3 x 2 townhouse situated on a quiet street. It will be fully furnished, but your room won't be (can have the option of putting a queen sized bed in there!). You'll be sharing the bathroom with one other female. The house has airconditioning, and may get solar in future so bills will be super cheap.

Theres a lovely patio outside that we can enjoy together (we love to drink wine and beer and have a chat). There is also a storage shed at the back if you have any extra bits and pieces.

Parking is on street, but you'll get a special pass to put in your car. Plus it turns out you won't need to pay for parking in any of the car parking areas in the City of Vincent!
