Hi! I have a creative yet tidy home, I have also just added a studio as well as an extra queen size room I am looking to lease out, it's very comfortable with Air Con and WiFi. Modern decor and everything you need to live happily. There is one bathroom, but it's huge. I have my son living there but he is only home 50% of the time, he's an easy lad to get along with. We also have a friendly great dane cross who is old and lazy, and is mostly an outdoor dog (he sleeps on a mat at night) so if you are a dog person, this may be the place for you.

I'm Mel, 36, living in Nowra. I own the house and have been busy renovating. It's now at a stage where I am happy to rent it out. I work 34 hours in town, but I also run a small business selling woodwork (there is a small workshop at the house). My son is home 50% of the time, and is a good kid. I am happy to socialize, or just to sit and chill out in the evenings.

In looking at who is going to be living with us, we are pretty flexible. So long as you are clean and will pick up after yourself, and you are easy to get along with, we will be fine lol.

Benny is a goodboy, he's an old greatdane cross. He's lazy and just lays about for the most part. He lives outside during the day, and sleeps on a bed inside at night.
