The studio is available which is separate to the house but shares the main kitchen. If you prefer an inside room there are 2 to choose from.

The house is furnished and equipped with everything you might need. The bedroom is mostly unfurnished but willing to furnish with negotiation. All bills (power, gas, NBN, water) are included in rent.

Short term or longer stays welcome.
