Live in a lovely, spacious second-floor apartment in Broadbeach only two blocks from the beach, a 7-10 minute walk to the centre of Broadbeach/Oasis shopping centre and a 7-minute walk to the nearest tram station (Cascade Gardens tram stop). Apartment has aircon/heating, balcony, full laundry and a swimming pool. Plenty of on-street parking.

We are a friendly couple in our 30s and both work full time. We enjoy quiet evenings at home during the week and are mostly out and about on the weekend. We are looking for a FEMALE housemate (no couples), easy going, clean and tidy, and respectful of our home. Must be working or studying and have a reliable income.

About the occupants
We are Hannah and Hans, an easy-going couple in our 30s. I (Hannah) work in international education and Hans is a warehouse supervisor. We both work full time. We cook and have dinner at home during the week and are often out on the weekends.
