Close to the Beach: I have a room to rent in a lovely, clean and comfortable two-bedroom apartment, just a two-minute walk to the beach.
This is a fantastic, quiet location with birds in the morning and everything you could possibly want within walking distance. The train station is 1km, and the bus station 500m away. Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is nearby, and it's a 15-minute walk to Broadbeach Centre, which offers excellent restaurants and entertainment.
The large ground-floor apartment has a cosy open-plan living area with tile floors throughout, overlooking a terrace.
