This beautiful 3 bedroom terrace house has a balcony and courtyard surrounded by lush green trees and overlooking parklands.

It has a big kitchen with plenty of storage, stone bench tops, dishwasher and gas cooking. The lounge/dining room opens up onto the covered balcony and courtyard with big glass windows bringing in lots of natural light.

It's a nice quiet street and the surrounding trees & park ensure privacy. There is also a garage available for storage.

Perfect location very close to the Tramsheds and just around the corner from the Glebe foreshore. Transport is easy with a number of buses that go into the city & a 10min walk to the light rail (when it reopens). Street parking is always available!

The house will be in need of a dining table and couches, but otherwise has all the essentials. You are very welcome to bring some of your own things to help make the place feel like home.

About the occupants
You would be sharing the house with Amy and Aya. We are two females in our 30s.
Aya has lived in the house for over 4 years and Amy for over 2.

Amy is a singer & dancer, who works as an events coordinator and loves to grow flowers in our garden.

Aya works for a university, enjoys hanging out with friends, loves cooking and reading.

We currently do a combination of working from home and being the office.

We are always up for a chat & love hanging in the kitchen/lounge whilst cooking up a storm and drinking a glass of pinot!

We love being social and friends are always welcome but we are not a party house.
