I move on 12 October but can leave as soon as you desire - very flexible. 3 awesome, quiet and respectful roommates in their mid to late twenties. 2 girls, one fella. The house is filled with full time workers who are all very quiet. Looking for a like minded roommate. Lease until Feb but possibility of extension. Whole house is beautifully furnished so just need to sort your room out.

10 min walk to the fancy Oxford St precinct and river walks, surrounded by greenery and parks and great walking paths. Near Morningside train station and plenty of bus stops. Great deal :)

About the occupants
You’d be living with Sophie (28), Caspar (26) and Sarah (24). All work full time but will occasionally chill together for some pizza and a movie or a shared meal/drinks. Everyone’s schedules mean the house is very quiet and there is generally no more than 2 people home at a time. Sophie and Caspar go to the gym and spin class.
Compatible people
Would prefer someone who is a full time worker who is quiet and respectful of the space. Everyone generally keeps to themselves and has a busy schedule. This wouldn’t be classified as a “party house” so not looking for someone who will have a revolving door of friends over until the wee hours of the morning.
