Description of the home
This is a near new home I had built, with single garage, however still has off road parking available as well. What I am offering is a fully furnished room in the house for a single or couple (LGBTIQ friendly, I am straight). Included is a queen bed, with built in wardrobes. One bathroom to share. I have all necessary electronics, however feel free to bring along anything you would like to contribute to the house.
The house is a very short walk from local transport being a bus and a train station is rather close by. The area is a very quite, family orientated area. Ipswich is only a short drive or bus ride away and the motorway is close but cannot be heard from the house.

Bills and expenses
All bills are included in the cost of staying. Internet, electricity, water and council rates. We can come to some kind of arrangement for food costs.

I am a professional 33 year old working in the city. I am a fun, active person, I enjoy a good BBQ on weekends and having friends around for dinners etc. I am very happy to include any new roomie(s) into the mix as well. I love to cook, so be prepared to used as some kind of guineapig for my (slightly) more interesting food adventures :P. I also have a long list of kitchen appliances and utensils that I am only too happy to share. I also have a food smoker which is always lots of fun to crank up. I am vegetarian and vegan friendly, I respect people that can 100% remove meat from their diet, I just found that too difficult for myself, but I do still use vegan ingredients and cook vegan food because it tastes so damn good.
Working in the city I do not have to be awake at dawn, but the travel will be long so will be up reasonably early to fit in exercise and get to work. On that note, I am a night owl as well, so my body is regularly torn between late nights and early mornings.
I am not a huge movie or TV watcher, I do like to know what is happening in the world and generally watch news etc. My favourite shows have Anthony Bourdain in them and any kind of travel cooking show.
My family arrangements include girlfriend and 2 year old daughter. Although currently daughter does not stay with me, this will change, so please keep this in mind.
With the blatantly obvious things out of the way, I am looking for someone(s) relaxed, that are open to having small groups around semi-regularly (maybe fortnightly), and will bring friends into the house. Ultimately I am seeking social person(s) to share my place with. I am very happy for you to be studying full or part time, I completed a degree while working full time so I know exactly how important quite time is for these things.
