Hello all !
We have a private King-size room with attached private study room available in a shared house, available early-mid December.
The house is a Queenslander in a very nice Cul de sac in Woodend, Ipswich, just up from Bremer river.
The room has AC and , plus your very own bar fridge :)
Room is offered furnished, or you can supply your own bed & furniture if you prefer.
$280pw - Bills and internet are included. (2x week's bond also required)
Shared Kitchen and bathroom - Bathroom has recently been renovated and Kitchen is very large with lots of shelving and cupboard space for each individual tenant. Only 1 bathroom for now, but has a separate toilet. (We are planning to add another bathroom when we're able)
Single occupancy only (sorry)
