Description of the home

I have 1 room to rent in my 2 bedroom home in Benowa. It is a quiet area with walking tracks and a serene lake. There is plenty of street parking, so if you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. There are local shops nearby and public transport as well. The room has built in wardrobes, a ceiling fan, mini fridge, couch, bookcase, queen size bed, and bedside table. Unlimited wifi and water are included in the rent. There are solar panels to reduce the cost of electricity, this is not included in the rent which is payable 2 weeks in advance. This includes adjoining rooms.

There is a short walk to a lake in a quiet tree filled area. Close to Cultural Centre. Public transport is easily accessible. There are beautiful walking tracks and nature surrounds. There is a small rainforest in the back yard to relax in.

Ideally I am looking for someone to stay at least 6 months, a non-smoker and not too noisy. There is a Zen cat in residence, so a love of animals is important. If this sounds like your kind of place, contact me. Thank you.
