About the occupants
Hey, My name is Nathan and my share housemate is James. We are looking for a third share housemate to replace our current who is moving to Brisbane. We are full-time students at Flinders University both studying our Bachelor of social work degrees beginning our third and fourth years.

We are preferably looking for someone who is willing to sign a 12 month lease with us which we are resigning in the coming weeks. However, if you'd prefer not to be on the lease we ask that you pay $50 on top of the advertised rent to cover all utility expenses (electricity/gas, water & internet).

My hobbies include running/ trail running, indoor soccer, gym occasionally, and watching what ever is good on TV (Australian Survivor) or Netflix :) We are easy going, friendly and respectful of peoples space.
