I have been living in this house for 5 years now and still enjoying living here.

One room available in 3 bedroom house the rooms are 3x3 and there is study/home office space that you are welcome to use. full furnished though out, rooms have large built in robes and other storage available. Main bathroom is for your use And their is seperate toilet.

Large lounge with tv and large couch with Apple TV with Stan and Netflix and Apple+ And more and another room off the lounge that is used as a dinning room

Full equipped kitchen and laundry with washing machine.

House is located in Tarneit in a quiet area bus stops just around the corner and Tarneit train station about 4km away it is a V/line service to the city it take about 25-30 min. Riverdale tarneit shopping centre is a a 1 minute drive or a 10-15 walk.

Bond we can organise something there and rent will be 805PCM due on the 27th of each month. Room will be available on the 27th of July or maybe earlier

Bills are reasonable cheap! No water bill but I like to keep the water usage down so then the owners keep on paying for it! NBN also available
