Description of the home

The house is a 1920 character villa. Its a cool retro feel that doesn't feel old inside, renovated. Pictures tell the story but the house is fully furnished, retro smeg fridge and appliances, coffee machine, nutri bullet, washing machine. You would only need to bring your bedroom furniture. Undercover entertaining area out the back, small garden shed.

I am a geologist and travel a lot internationally for work, so I am only home a portion of the time. Meaning you would get the house to yourself a lot of the time.

When I am home I will often be socializing around Adelaide, involved with sports, going out for breakfasts or home having a good netflix binge. When home I would be keen to cook together and socialize, however I am easy.

About the occupants
Im Dale, I am the owner/occupier. I just bought the place this year but find myself travelling a lot for work, so hence why I would like someone in my place with me to occupy it. I finished uni a few years ago and am working as a exploration geologist, currently in South America working a lot of the time. Obviously I love to travel and see new parts of the world, when home I enjoy socializing out, sports, cafe's, or a good netflix binge just to wind down a bit. Im easy going but like to have fun, chilled out personality and doesn't get worked up too much about pointless things.
