Pretty easy going guy. Work fulltime . I have a love for gardening, cooking, health, art and photography, interiors are my personal hobbies. I'm the type of person who likes a balance of going out socially and also spending time at home relaxing with my pooch.

I'm ideally looking for a housemate that's a great human, mutually respectful both socially and domestic wise. I've lived in this house approximately 6 years now and am familiar with the area and the neighbors.

There's currently no bond to pay as this is tied up with previous tenants. The real estate is great and the landlords are pretty relaxed. It's an older home and I have repainted most walls, the guttering was recently replaced and I'm currently negotiating a new kitchen which has been quoted for at this stage
