This Apartment is awesome and roomy, tri-level with plenty of space and storage. The living area is north facing and has a great balcony. The place is flooded with light. Art adorns the walls. I have a premium sound system, along with Apple TV, Netflix, Stan and Amazon Prime.

The bedrooms have balconies as well. There’s a brilliant outdoor pool and gym with new equipment. The solid walls mean that noise is kept to the bare minimum. The apartment has secure well lite entry and exit, it’s design was award winning when it was built 15 odd years ago.

6 minutes walk to Green Square Station, with bus stops even closer, there are two Woolworths close by. Great cafes all around, that have great food and coffee.
