Share our home with a single woman and 2 school age children. You will have your own king size bedroom with a triple door wardrobe. Kitchen, dinning area, laundry and bathroom will be shared. You can either provide all your own furniture or I can provide a queen size bed, as the room is currenly unfurnished. Seperate food and cooking is prefered. Very close to Birkdale Train Station and bus transport, shops and restaurants. Very quiet neighbourhood. Share all utilities. Current police check required or current references. 3 month lease to begin with, with potential to extend if the situation suits all.
