Wavell Heights. Private downstairs space with own entry, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, large living area and additional walk-in closet/study. Reverse-cycle air conditioning. Some furniture included. Only share laundry & garage. We have lots of pets but they are not in any of the space being rented.

We are also open to you having an inside pet. Shops 2 mins walk, Chermside shopping centre 4 min drive or 20 min walk. Bus around the corner. Train within a few minutes. 15 mins to CBD, close to motorway if travelling either direction.

We live upstairs completely separate to the spare available. We only share garage, laundry and yard.

Son 21 works full time and keeps to himself.
We have lots of pets but they are not in or around area to rent. Cats, dogs, poultry, birds, fish.
We are non smokers, have the occasional drink and don’t use drug.

We are located within walking distance to shops, transport and close to CBD. This is a great location.
