Looking to rent out one of my spare rooms, but no rush, would rather find the right person.
I work full time, couple days from home, easy going, spend my time doing renos around the house, going up to the coast and rock climbing.
There is a dog - he’s a 2 year old lab - super friendly - he’s not allowed in the bedrooms. I’d like someone that is familiar around dogs and what they can’t eat etc.
While I’m out of the house, he’s outside in the garden, but sleeps indoors.
It’s 2km to sandgate train station, a 5-10min walk down to the water
The home is a 3 bedroom, one bathroom (separate toilet), with plenty of on street parking.
