This property was previously a popular Airbnb.. but we got sick of laundry! So now available for rent. This 1 bedroom, fully furnished, self-contained apartment includes;
Fully functional kitchen with stove top and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, AC in bedroom, seperate living room with couch that converts into a fold out bed, study nook and a large, sunny balcony with ocean glimpses. We have stairs leading up to and within the apartment. It suits a single person or a couple.

We live upstairs and WFH but you have your privacy. We want mature person/couple who are employed and can act respectfully and responsibly. You can expect this in return. Zero tolerance for bad behaviour, damage to property, late rent etc.. just commmon sense and courtesy really.

We live in a great, neighbourly street within walking distance to Terrigal town and the beach. Off-street parking is ample.

The flat comes with a separate electricity meter, and you'll need to organise your own electricity. Water and internet (Fibre to Premises) are included in the price. You just need to byo wifi box.
