I’m looking for two young fun roommates around their 20’s– mid 30’s to move into my home in Woy Woy (I’m the owner)! 💛

I’m hoping to find two lovely friends who are working/studying, clean, respectful and financially stable, but most importantly are friendly, social and keen to actually enjoy living together rather than just having a place to sleep 🥰!

🏡 The house
• 2-storey townhouse
• All new Carpet less than a month old 
 • 3 bedrooms — I’ll have one, with Two rooms available
 • 1 bathroom ( hoping to add a second within the year) 
 • Fully furnished living/common areas
 • Bedrooms are unfurnished and you can style these as you please to make it your own 
 • $300 per person/week
 • 2 minutes’ walk to Woy Woy train station (1hr train too Sydney and Newcastle) 
 • 2 minutes to shops, cafes & everything you need 🛍️☕
 • Looking for preferably two girls who want a nice, comfortable home rather than just somewhere to sleep!
I’d love for the three of us to become a little housemate trio and actually be friends, while obviously having our own space and lives too 🫶🏼
