Rates will be $450pw for one person. Add $200 for each extra person. Negotiable.
Rent includes all utilities: gas, electricity, fast unlimited internet and water.

Bond is 4 weeks rent.
Rent is stay a week, pay a week.

The cabin is fully furnished and has all the comforts you would expect. Airconditioning, dehumidifier, fans, big screen TV, kitchen appliances, comfortable furniture and bedding.

Separate washroom includes washing machine, vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, broom and other cleaning aids.

The property is private and fully fenced with combination lock on entry gate.
There is an outdoor sitting area to enjoy the local birds and sunshine.

No yard for pets or stuff.
Not suitable for children.

5 minute walk to train station, bus stop and cafe.

Short bus trip, bike ride or drive to major shopping centres, restaurants, hospital.
15 minutes drive to nearest beach.

It is expected that a professional cleaning of the cabin will be conducted at the end of tenancy or a $265 cleaning fee to be paid or will be deducted from the bond.

This area is ideal for students attending Callahan University in Newcastle, Ourimbah Campus or tenants that don't have a car due to the availability of public transport, both buses and trains.
