Looking for a reliable, respectful housemate to rent a private downstairs living space in Bell Post Hill, up the road from Bus stops, around the corner drive from shopping centres and takeout places.

Move in date as early at 9th of December.

Space available for rent includes:
- 1× Bedroom
- Your own living room with a Kitchenette (Bench, cupboards and sink)
- Your own private bathroom (Shower, toilet and sink, no bath)
- Access to plenty of storage spaces in the form of 2 back sheds, a garage and understairs cupboard
- Also an entry way wardrobe

This is effectively a mini unit.

The only share spaces include:
- Backsheds and Garage
- Entry way
- Downstairs Laundry
- Upstairs Kitchen

PLEASE NOTE:
Photos are the rooms in their current state. Due to a separation I am not currently able to setup the space

💵 Rent & Fees (All Bills Included)

Single: $365 per week which includes bills, internet and lawns maintenance.

Couple: $435 per week which includes bills, internet and lawn maintenance.

If you require further furnishings, your own cutlery, plates, etc etc, prepared to do this for an extra $30 a week, Couple or single

You will be required to go onto the lease and therefore be required to pay:

Bond: $1,129.50 (share of existing bond)

Lease transfer fee: $100 per adult

Asking 2 weeks up front. Can detail further information about the bond situation privately.
