We're a family of 4. Adults age 48 and 46 with 2 young kids age 16 and 8 years old living in the house. 2 adults are working as professionals in our fields whereas 2 young kids are in schools.
We live a simple life without much socialising or parties. We work 5 days a week and children also attend school 5 days a week.
We're very clean and tidy family and would love someone who has the same mindset and has a lot of cares.
Given that this granny flat is a separate space in the property, we do not think there will be much interaction with the tenant who will rent this room.
