We will be interstate from 26 June until 22 July 2026, so you will have this apartment all to yourself! One of the bedrooms will have all our belongings in it, but the rest of the apartment - bedroom with queen bed, study, bathroom, kitchen - is all yours!

10% discount for stays of 2 weeks or more ($625 per week), and 15% discount for staying 3 weeks or more ($590 per week).

This is a two-bedroom apartment, two blocks (five minutes walk) from the University of Melbourne. Tram is literally right outside the building for easy transport. The apartment is fully furnished, and would suit a professional or adult student.

Includes free access to the building facilities: gym, sauna, study rooms, library, baskball courts, recreation room with table tennis, outdoor pool, and 24 hour front desk security.

Want privacy? Want your own apartment for the cost of a share? You found it! You get this WHOLE 2-bedroom apartment. Our building is right on Lygon St, with the #1 & #6 tram at your door, 5 mins walk to Melbourne Uni, and a well-equipped gym, pool, and outdoor entertainment area literally 15 seconds from your apartment door.

The apartment is two bedroom + study nook, so you have lots of separate spaces for work, study, and sleep. It's beautifully sun-lit, very quiet, and comes fully-furnished with brand-new fridge, couch, and appliances. We have a queen bed in one bedroom, and the second bedroom is currently used as a working/storage space: so if you have your own furniture, there's space to stash it. Our personal effects will be stored away in the second bedroom too.

We currently rent a parking space in the complex, so if you have a car we can continue that rental at cost. There's generous free guest parking if you have visitors.
Rent includes all utilities: gas, electricity, water, and wifi.

From towels and linens to cooking essentials, this space has everything you need. Just bring yourself!
