The house is in heart of Carlton, amazing location. Tram stop (Uni Melbourne), Woolworth, Library in 2min/ to the city, Victoria Market 15min walk. Also many cafes & restaurants, Fitzroy, Collingwood, Cinema, Shops around!
The house has 4 rooms and everyone will have own room. 1 each Bathroom, Kitchen and Toilet.
We have a beautiful garden and front porch.
We have home studio and play music, we have a band, and love arts, design, etc. So we are looking for someone who loves music, artist lifestyle, gathering with people, and cat ❤︎
