Very secure living with public transport and shops at bottom of street, located right at the top of no through road with very quiet neighbours with area

All you need is your suitcase and food- this is fully self-contained even with bath towels and bedding for use
Has AC/Heating for comfortable climate control, 2 smart tvs-one in bedroom- amazing views from the van and all the bills are included even use of backyard salt water pool if here for summer period

Dandenong station bus service 200 mtrs from house and Hallam train station 5 minute drive away- supermarket 2 minutes away and bottleshop/pizza/fish and chip plus laundry mat at end of street

This is an individual leasing agreement, so no partners are allowed to stay in property
WIFI can be negotiated with usage

Ive retired and live in house along side tiny house alone however my 2 baby girls under 7 years old stay every fortnight for 4 days (they play out back so not noisey)... And im close if you need anything too
