It is beautiful light filled self contained unfurnished flat in a quiet street overlooking a lovely garden.
Renovated a few years ago including under bench oven, gas cooktop, refrigerator, huge ensuite bathroom, separate washing machine.
Close to Northcote Aquatic Centre, 10 minutes walk to train and Fairfield Village shops.
About me: I am a music teacher and enthusiastic gardener. I love outdoor activities including tennis, skiing, cycling, bush walking. Currently also an active gym attendee. I teach violin generally 4-8pm Monday-Thursday.
About the flat: It is under the same roof as my house which incorporates my teaching studio.
Whilst there is soundproofing in the adjoining wall it is still possible to hear loud voices and violin/piano.
My Ideal Tenant: I am hoping to find a single person who is quiet (especially during teaching times), respectful, tidy, energy conscious who either doesn't mind hearing lovely music through the wall, or alternatively works late or afternoon/evening shift. Preferably a single but Ok if a partner stays over some nights.
