The home itself is retro and full of character. It isn’t a modern, newly renovated property, and the older-style kitchen reflects the character of the home. It is clean, comfortable and well maintained.

The kitchen has a dishwasher less than five years old, while the shared laundry has a washing machine and dryer, both less than five years old.

🌿 THE YARD

One of the great features is the secure, fully fenced backyard, including the traditional Hill Hoist clothesline. There’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy some fresh air, study outside or simply relax.

You’ll also be sharing the property with me and Pupper.

Pupper is a big, friendly and very calm dog who loves people. He’s well behaved, affectionate and enjoys being part of the household who is definitely one of the characters of the home! 🐾
