Our home is a relatively new and well-maintained four-bedroom house, located just a 5–7 minute walk from Huntingdale Station. It has four bedrooms, a separate study, three bathrooms, and a small backyard.
The location is very convenient, with Coles, Woolworths and Oakleigh Shopping Centre nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés around Huntingdale Station.
It’s just my daughter and me living here. I work in education, and my daughter is quiet and responsible. We keep a peaceful and comfortable home and are looking for someone who is respectful, tidy, and also prefers a quiet lifestyle.
This is not a party house, so it would be best suited to someone looking for a calm and comfortable place to live.
