Location: Positioned perfectly with Richmond train station, the iconic Corner Hotel, and the vibrant Swan Street right at your doorstep, you'll be in the heart of Melbourne's buzzing lifestyle. The balcony overlooks the MCG and the city skyline, offering you stunning views day and night.

Inside the Apartment: Our spacious two-bedroom apartment has one fully furnished bedroom available for use, complete with a comfy bed for your sweet dreams. The second bedroom will remain locked for storage. The living room invites you to relax with a cozy couch and a smart TV, loaded with all your favorite streaming services.

Our homely kitchen is equipped with a brand new fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, and all necessary appliances. And our bathroom is your personal oasis, featuring a versatile bath-shower combo for a refreshing start or calming end to your day.

Amenities: The apartment features a heating and air conditioning system to keep you comfortable year-round, and a private, underground car park for your vehicle. Enjoy the Melbourne evenings with our BBQ on the balcony.

Laundry and Internet: A washing machine is available for all your laundry needs and high-speed internet keeps you connected during your stay.

Sublet Terms: This home-away-from-home is available for a short-term sublet from July 24th to September 24th. All bills are included in the rent, allowing you to simply move in and enjoy.

House Rules: While we love them, no pets are permitted in the apartment. Guests are welcome, but please note that the sleeping arrangement would be limited to the couch. Any maintenance issues will be addressed upon our return.

Price, Bond and Payment Terms: Considering the range of amenities, the homey feel, and the inclusion of all bills, we're asking for approximately $2798 per month (a 15% increase on our current rental rate). The bond will be negotiated.
