This house in the north part of Ballajura has a semi furnished (you’ll need to bring your bed) granny flat ready for, perhaps you, to move in.
If you have seen the photos you can see there's a relaxing pool, outdoor area and bbq ready to use.
It sounds like a few people live here, but the granny flat is detached so you have your own space. The flat is very comfortable and has most amenities. The laundry is located in the main house.
In the house we have myself, my 22 year old daughter, 5 year old grandson, and another lady 40ish.
Great location, 25 mins to city & Swan Valley, and half hr to Joondalup and beach.
Airport is 20mins, straight down the Tonkin Hwy.
Bus stop at the end of the street.
