Granny flat for rent in Como! This self contained granny flat has it's own living room/kitchen area with fridge and stove. 1 large bedroom with large wardrobe and dresser drawers. Laundry area (no appliances) and bathroom. Also has access to swimming pool (which still needs to get cleaned!). We can help to furnish it more if you'd like.
This granny flat is at the rear of our house. The bathroom door backs onto our laundry room in the house. Entry to the granny flat is through the yard. We do have a dog (swedish vallhund) who is a bit vocal, but we're hoping he will be fine with someone staying there.
This is also pet friendly, so if you have a dog, maybe they could be friends!
