The house is located in a quiet area, 7 km from the city, close to the university and Waterford Shopping Centre. Bus 31 stands outside for transport to the city, or you can take bus 101 to reach any train or bus station. The location being in a quiet place is one of the best qualities of the house.
It's shared with a grandmother and another adult, so the privacy of each person is important. You have your own fridge and your own space in the kitchen, so everything is included. Beautiful parks and walks to a river . It's not a big place, but it feels like a home away from home.

As long as you're nice and polite, and clean, that's all that matters. I prefer if you don't smoke, but smoking outside is okay. I do not like loud music, and of course, respect for others is important.
You can come anytime you want, as you have your own keys and a separate entrance to the house, so that's not a problem. There is Netflix, but there is no communal TV. The place is not really big, but you have everything you need, and everything can be arranged to suit both sides.
