I have a fully furnitured one bedroom unit with private bathroom, one kitchen/Living areas and one bedroom with queen bed and a huge wardrobe. This is totally private area for you, the owner family live at the back of the house.
It is close to parks and just 10 mins walk to Ellenbrook shopping center and 15 mins walk to the future train station.
Water/gas/internet included in the rent except for the power bill
The owner also provided Washing Machine, Fridge, Microwave and aircon.
There is a small verandah with decking floor.
Suitable for quiet, clean&tidy and respectful single person with No families. FIFO worker is preferable.
Please provide proof of income with work references
Preference will be given to anyone with a police check certificate or willing to obtain one and with good rental references.
Small pet is acceptable.
