This is a brand new modern home located in a quiet and convenient part of Ellenbrook. The house is clean, well-maintained and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

There are two fully furnished rooms available. One comes with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. Both rooms include a wardrobe, study desk and chair, air conditioning and heating. Each room is private with its own door, window and storage.

Tenants will have their own designated bathroom and toilet, separate from the family’s. The kitchen and living areas are shared and fully equipped. You will also have access to unlimited Wi-Fi and all utility bills are included in the rent.

The home is located just five minutes’ walk from the Ellenbrook train station and is close to all major amenities. This includes Bunnings, Spudshed, Revo Fitness and Ellenbrook Central Shopping Centre. Free street parking is also available right outside the house.

The home is owner-occupied by a friendly couple (the landlords) and their well-behaved 14-month-old baby girl. It’s a warm, respectful household where everyone values cleanliness, privacy and a peaceful living environment.
