You will be sharing the bathroom and toilet with just one other person, a lovely girl from the Australia who recently moved into the other room.

The kitchen and living areas are shared and fully equipped. You will also have access to unlimited Wi-Fi and all utility bills are included in the rent.

The home is located just five minutes’ walk from the Ellenbrook train station and is close to all major amenities. This includes Bunnings, Spudshed, Revo Fitness and Ellenbrook Central Shopping Centre. Free street parking is available right outside the house. 2nuns for motorway exit.

The home is owner occupied by a friendly couple and their well behaved 14 month old baby girl and a months old baby boy. It is a warm and respectful household where everyone values cleanliness, privacy and a peaceful living environment.
