The property available is a fully self contained Apartment with one double bedroom, separate lounge / dining room, kitchen and laundry with outside patio area with ocean views 200 meters to the beach. It is available for 3 months from June 10th until September 13th 2026. The Apartment is the ground floor of my luxury five year old home and has everything ready to move in including: Wi Fi, Ducted Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning, Dining Table / 4 chairs, Smart TV 75 inch, Sofa Lounge for overnight guests, Washing Machine, Outside table and chairs with BBQ and Sunlounge, Hard Drive Computer and Monitor on Work Desk. It is very private with security cameras. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee making machine, kettle, toaster, all pots pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc.
The Apartment would suit a working couple without children possibly moving to Perth and needing a lovely place to live without unpacking boxes until you find other accommodation. All utilities and Wi Fi are included in rent and a one month bond would be required. It is not a party house.
Sorrento is a prestigious suburb on Perth's northern beaches 20 minutes from the city and walking distance to Hillarys Marina complex. Marmion Shopping Centre is 800 meters, Hammersley Golf Course 3 kms, with many local Cafes, Micro Brewery etc near by.
