Marvellous Marmion – Beachside Home Seeking the Right Housemate

Set in beautiful Marmion, overlooking the Marmion Angling & Aquatic Club and close to Hillarys Boat Harbour, this welcoming coastal home offers relaxed living by the ocean.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly single mum and my Year 6 daughter. Our home is warm, respectful and easygoing. We enjoy music, laughter and good food, while also appreciating a peaceful and comfortable home environment.

The house is well maintained with quality fixtures, fittings and furnishings, and enjoys an incredible coastal location. It’s just steps to the beach, the world-class Marmion Marine Park snorkelling trail, and West Coast Drive for stunning ocean walks and sunsets. Marmion shops are around the corner, and Hillarys Boat Harbour is a short walk away, with cafés, restaurants and coastal activities nearby.

We’re looking for someone who values a calm and respectful home — not just a flatmate, but someone who fits comfortably into a relaxed household and helps share the cost of living.

Ideally you are:
• Quiet, considerate and respectful
• Clean and tidy in shared spaces
• Working or studying full-time
• Independent but friendly

House expectations:

Additional option:
