1 Bedroom Studio Apartment with private access. Located in Byron Bay within easy walking/bike riding distance to town and our beautiful beaches, but outside the hustle, there's no traffic noise. The best of both worlds. The property is at the end of a quiet cul de sac with plenty of on street parking.

The studio has a big spacious bathroom and also a fully equipped kitchen with a cooktop and airfryer. The studio comes fully furnished with a queen bed. A built in wardrobe offering plenty of room for personal belongings. To access the studio you will walk past the side of our house to the bottom of the garden. The studio is underneath our house.

We are looking for a trustworthy individual who will help look after our property as you would if it was your own. Respect, independence and consideration towards us as a family - mindful of noise, takes good care of our belongings and home. Our chosen flatmate must look after the studio and maintain the standard to which they move in. We'd like a clean working professional/s with attention to detail. Also someone who is fun and our friend.

Chris and Alice are a young married couple with 2 children. 3 year old and a 10 month baby. We have lived in Byron for 8 years but are originally from Sydney. Both in their mid 30s they are very active and sociable people. They are looking for some privacy but also the option to socialise with their flatmate. Both have full time jobs.

Wally is our red and tan kelpie and our companion, he is a lively dog who loves everyone. If you like you can take him for some beach walks. He is 6 years old.
