Can be furnished or unfurnished as you require (currently it’s partially furnished as in pictures).

Located in a safe and beautiful green area, 1km (10 min walk) to Wollstonecraft train station, 12min train to CBD. 350m from Harbour waterfront and parks. Easy walking distance to RNS Hospital.

This studio is in the large tropical backyard with private bathroom and kitchenette. It consists of a studio room of 4.5m long x 2.7m wide with a sliding door opening onto a large fully enclosed private patio/deck. Access to the bathroom and basic kitchenette is via the enclosed patio right next to studio entrance. Some kitchen appliances and utensils also included.

You only need to share the backyard with us, a friendly young couple. Access to the laundry room located in the backyard is included.

We have a small, quiet pomeranian dog. If you love dogs and can't have one full time, this is your chance! We are easy-going and respectful and are looking for a person with similar values, we enjoy a chat or occasional drink after work but it’s not a party place. This studio would suit someone who is looking for a private place at the price of a room. No smokers, pets or couples please.

Free on-street parking. Bills for electricity and NBN internet are extra and work out to approx 15 /wk.
