This is a relaxed, homely and clean place in a security building with intercom access. Fully furnished bedroom is available with a private/large bathroom (bath and shower). As well, there is a spacious living/dining room, fully kitted out kitchen and sunny balcony. This apartment is enormous so you will have plenty of room to spread out and do your own thing. Common shared areas (open-plan living) and sleeping areas are on separate ends of the house so you will not be disturbed. The unit has an internal laundry (with washing machine), fast unlimited NBN broadband internet and dishwasher as well as a lock-up garage (to be negotiated). The neighbourhood and building is very friendly and quiet. The unit itself is very quiet as it is at the rear of the block which backs onto a sunny open park and protected wooded areas - great for hikes and relaxing. There is a large wrap-around balcony off the living area with uninterrupted views to the west, boasting the best sunsets each evening to savour and enjoy.

Easy access to public transport (Bus, Train and NEW Metro) is either across the road or a short stroll away. Only 5-15 minutes away on foot you will find yourself at Royal North Shore Hospital, St Leonard's TAFE, St Leonards Train station, Woolworths/Coles or Crows Nest where you will find many cafes, shops and restaurants. Here you will also find the new Crows Nest metro station which takes you into the CBD in 10 minutes or Chatswood in just 4 minutes, with many other connections. Travelling by bus is just as easy. It is just 15 minutes via bus/train to Chatswood or North Sydney (3.7kms away) and just 20 minutes to the City CBD. The bus stops are either directly across the road or a few metres away. Transport to language schools and Universities is also a short distance away.

All bills and expenses will be regularly reviewed and shared depending on the usage. Rent and bills are to be directly debited each month. One month's bond/security deposit is paid in advance and the lock-up car space is available and negotiated upon request.

As the house is within short walking distance of Royal North Shore Hospital it is well-suited to a nurse, doctor or medical professional who wishes to be across the road from work.
