Welcome to our home!

*** Please Note: It comes with a cat! We're headed overseas and plan to rent our apartment to the right person, or couple. What makes you 'right'? You love cats, you'll stay the whole period (21st March to 5th April - 15 nights), and you'll take care of our kitty while we're away. The cost reflects the fact that you're babysitting our cat, which includes feeding, cleaning the litter, and giving him some attention - which the right person will do regardless!

Our stylish apartment is just minutes from Homebush Station.

Sunlit open-plan living flows outdoors through ceiling-to-floor glass windows. Wake to birdsong and watch lorikeets and cockatoos from the comfort of your lounge. Two modern bathrooms, ducted air-con, and a quiet, private setting make it perfect for cozy stays and city trips.

You'll have access to unlimited Wi-Fi, smart TVs and/or Chromecasts, a variety of appliances, a height-adjustable desk + two ultra wide monitors, should you need to get a little work done.

The balcony is large, with ample seating and a cantilever umbrella to help shield you from the sun or rain.

Outside of the apartment, you'll also have access to one of our two car parks in the underground, secure garage, and access to the communal rooftop garden, from which you can see the city, the Harbour Bridge, and Sydney Olympic Park.

With just three apartments on the top floor and sharing walls with only one of those, noise will not be an issue here. You'll have peace and a restful sleep to end each day.

Our second bedroom is a nursery, and we'll use that space to store our belongings while you stay (Private).
