Description of the home

Granny flat underneath our house in the Bulli escarpment. Includes bathroom, laundry area, built in robe, kitchen, heater, dehumidifier, kitchen utensils and appliances. This is a fully furnished flat with all furniture in the photos included. Use of outdoor decking and veggie patch if you would like.

Our granny flat will be available to move in after the 13th of June.
We live up in the escarpment at the end of a cauldersac and have bushland right around us. We are a 5 minute drive to the beach, train station, Woolworths, and Woonona/Bulli main streets, the distributor to Wollongong is at the end of the street and close to Bulli pass. Excess to the mountain bike/walking tracks on the lower escarpment trail, just about at our front door. You will have access to the back decking and garden, there is a veggie patch which you can get going if you like. We have beautiful gardens and we will maintain them when we are home. Quiet street and neighbours.

All furniture available for use. You also need to be working and have references, price includes internet.
The flat will be available to view on the 23rd of May and also 13th June onwards.

About us-my husband and I have moved for work and come back minimum once a month. My 21 and 24 year old sons live upstairs, our 3 year grandson is also there on the weekends. There is a 1 year old kelpie that is really nice natured and also full of energy. They both work full time with early starts and occasionally have friends over. My sons are musician so play guitar and sing, not always but when they get time. You must like dogs as there is a 1yr old kelpie and our street is very dog friendly, you’ll often go out and all the neighbours are out playing with their dogs. Very friendly neighbours, lovely street to live in.

Please note - our house is pole home and the flat is underneath, there can be some noise from upstairs but we all try our best to keep quiet. You will mostly have the back yard to yourself, there is a shed if you need to store a bike or surfboard etc…
