I’m a young minded 59 year old single man. Well travelled and have house shared many times within Australia and in the UK. just moved to Brisbane and am house and dog sitting until late January.
Self funded and part time worker , with surgery due late feb, so need a house share for 6 months or longer . ground floor , due to knee replacement.

Very tidy, responsible and respectful of personal space and quiet time . Happy to cook and share meals when home . Busy schedule keeps me out of the house most days , but quiet nights in mixed with fun nights out.
