I am trying to find a place to rent in Cairns so that I can be with my daughter and her family. The cost of rentals are out of reach for me but would be more affordable with another single person to share with. I have most furniture to put towards the rental. My only ask is a person who is honest and respectful. I am very down to earth and am easy to get along with, as long as there is respect. The said person would need to be prepared to be on the lease agreement for a minimum of 12 months.

Food sharing and furniture
I have a 3 seater lounge with one matching recliner, coffee table, tv cabinet and a tea chest. I would prefer having own food, but of course if I am cooking a meal, I am very happy to share. There is flexibility when it comes to food sharing. I have a bed for myself, so the potential renter would need to provide their own bed and bedding.
Description of pets
I have a small Jack Russel smooth coat and she has a small cross breed of mini foxy. She has a beautiful friendly nature, loves playing with her balls and toys, fully toilet trained. She is my best friend and emotional support pet
